75% Water 25% Gas Technology

The 75/25 TECHNOLOGY is a simplified type of carburetor having within its micro - refinery which reduces pollution by 85% and makes it possible to run most engines with gasoline, diesel, and kerosene, while increasing the performance of fuels.

In short, in a 75/25 TECHNOLOGY the exhaust heat is transferred to the fuel entering the engine and is in a vacuum, the device draws fuel into the center of the exhaust; the whole assembly ensures a molecular fracture in vacuum of all the heaviest elements. A vacuum further increases the speed of much molecular reaction.

The 75/25 TECHNOLOGY has been the successful production of a non-polluting fuel from a mixture of 75% water and 25% hydrocarbons. The process of operation of the 75/25 TECHNOLOGY uses vacuum and heat produced by an internal combustion engine with spark ignition.

The system consists of an exhaust cylinder, and a reactor chamber pyrolysis. The exhaust cylinder has one end connected directly to the exhaust manifold and the other in the pyrolysis chamber. The fuel and exhaust system including catalytic converter is not necessary.

The stem of a reactor formed exhaust cylinder is connected to the internal chamber of the pyrolysis chamber at one end and goes from the exhaust cylinder to the engine and is about 15 cm from the collector of exhaust where it is connected with a valve inlet and from there enters the manifold entrance. There is no need to modify the engine itself if it is a model for spark ignition. For engines with compression there may be some changes.

The process begins when leading the precursor fuel mixture (which may be a hydrocarbon or toxic waste) fuel tank to the reaction chamber.

A portion of exhaust gas is captured at the end of the chamber from the exhaust cylinder and sent to the internal chamber exhaust manifold at the other end, mixed pretreated with fuel and vaporized in a vacuum provided by the engine and if necessary by an auxiliary vacuum pump.

The 75/25 TECHNOLOGY operates on a vacuum and draws fuel into the center of the exhaust. That's when he seems to be a dissociation of atomic fuel and a better combustion of the latter which is thus used up instead of out at the end of the exhaust cylinder.

Gas - steam - arising out of the exhaust cylinder (inside the cylinder at the end of the engine) and are mixed with an adequate amount of air to the intake valve and sucked by vacuum in the space of the cylinder reactor of the stem where, at some point with a sudden change in temperature there is a phase change elements. They then fall into the induction manifold to be burned.

Engine Test

A 7HP Marine Gasoline Motor has been retrofitted according to 75/25 Technology setup. In spite of the big size of the reactor chamber used (normally used for a 10 HP engine), the engine has started without difficulties with a mixture of 75% water and 25% gasoline. The device has run at full speed during the test.
