Direct Sales Commission

Sell Wellness Starter Packs to your friends and associates.
Earn P500 for every starter pack sold.

Matched Sales Commission

Earn P1, 000 Matched Sales Commission for every matched sales in LEFT Sales Team and RIGHT Sales Team. Maximum income per day: P18, 000.00. Illustrative example:

Sales transactions from Tuesday to Monday will be processed and corresponding
commissions paid on Friday.

50% Commission Cap

To insure the stability of the business, a maximum commission of 50% of
Sales will be paid by the Company. In case total commission is higher than
50%, the over-payout will be shared by the top 20% earners on a pro-rata
basis. The sales commissions of the affected distributors will be reduced
by the amount of their share in the over-payout.

New Distributors will not be affected by the 50% Commission Cap.

Profit Sharing Pool

Distributor affected by the 50% Cap will automatically become a Managing Director and shall earn a pro-rata share in the Profit Sharing Pool based on Personal/Group Repeat Sales. The Profit Sharing Pool is computed at :

Auto-Ship

Distributors will receive Auto-ship products based on the amount of their weekly income. The amount of the Auto-ship products will be auto deducted from the weekly commissions:



Wellness Training Coupons

Earn one (1) Training Coupon for every 10th pair. Use the Training Coupons to attend a series of seminar/workshops on health, nutrition and financial wellness.

Repeat Sales Plan

The Distributor shall be entitled to 27% personal discount on repeat orders and shall earn
Repeat Sales Bonus based on the purchases of his/her downline distributors.

3x10 Cooperative System

Nutriwell uses a 3x10 Cooperative System, also known as "3x10 Forced Matrix"

Only three (3) people are placed on your First Level. The 4th, 5th, 6th, etc distributors you invite are automatically placed by the system under your downline distributors who have not yet completed their direct 3 distributors. This system allows you to help downline distributors who may not be good in sponsoring.

On the other hand, Distributors who invite more than three (3) people are rewarded with Sales Incentive computed at 30% of the Management Bonus earned by all of their Direct Distributors who Became Managers. More details below.

Product Sales Bonus

Earn Product Sales Bonus for repeat purchases of your direct and downline distributors from Level 1 to 10.

Qualifier:
To qualify, Distributor must purchase at least 1000 BV for the month.

Management Bonus

10% of Total District Sales will be distributed to qualified Managers and Directors.


Manager

10% of the Management Bonus Pool will be distributed to all Managers pro-rata based on personal/group sales for the month. To become a manager, you must have three (3) personally sponsored distributors and 120 Distributors from Level 1 to 4.



To earn the share in the Management Bonus Pool, the Manager must have Personal and
Group Sales of 50,000 BV for the month.

Area Manager

15% of the Management Bonus Pool will be distributed to all Area Managers pro-rata based on personal/group sales.

To be an Area Manager, help your three (3) directly sponsored distributors to become Managers. Note: "Spill-over distributors do not count"

To earn the share in the Management Bonus Pool, the Area Manager must have Personal and Group Sales of 100,000 BV for the month.

30% Matching Bonus (Sales Incentive)

As a reward to Distributor who became Manager and who train his/her directly sponsored
distributors to be Managers as well, the company pays a Sales Incentive computed at 30% of
the Management Bonus earned by the Direct Distributors who became Managers and later
Directors.

Online Monitoring System

Distributor will have access to his/her own Distributor Control Panel in the company's website to be able to view his/her monthly commissions and to monitor the performance of his/her downline distributors.

Payment of Sales Commissions and Bonuses

Wellness starter packs sold from Tuesday to Monday will be processed and corresponding Direct Sales and Matched Sales Commissions paid on the following Friday.
Repeat Sales and Management Bonuses will be paid to the Distributors on or before the 15th day of the following month.

Commissions and bonuses are paid thru check or deposited to the Distributors' BDO ATM Account.

A Distributor who received "spillover" distributors under the Repeat Sales Plan shall not earn repeat sales bonuses until he/she sponsors at least one (1) direct distributor.
