Hello po. I'm a real estate broker here in Baguio City. As far as I know, only real estate companies offer a rent-to-own scheme of payment of a house and lot. Most individual/private property owners prefer a cash or bank loan type of payment. I'm currently affiliated with two big real estate companies here in Baguio and fortunately they offer a rent-to own type of payment. Rent-to-own payment is only applicable for In-house financing. The computation will be like this; The total value of the house will be divided into the number of years you wanna pay the house (maximum of 10 years), with interest. The result will be your monthly amortization. Now in order for you to move in to the house, you will give an initial payment and we call it 3 months advance amortzation (monthly amortization x 3) this will serve as your initial payment and you can automatically move in. Our latest price inventory of our ready for occupancy house start from 3.5million to 10.5m. Prices vary depending on the location. We have 15 ready for occupancy houses available as of this date.
