The house is located on a private and secluded beach front property about 2 to 2.5 hours away from Manila. It has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 15+ people. Amenities include air-conditioned rooms, the use of the kitchen (appliances/utensils/etc), shower rooms, drivers' quarters, a gazebo, a barbecue grill.

Some important reminders:
- Only cars (including passenger vans) are allowed to enter the Tali beach subdivision. Bus and coasters are not allowed entry. This is strictly enforced by security.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Also, please avoid throwing cigarette butts in the garden and at the beach.
- Please bring towels, beach gears such as snorkels, adequate food and drinks. The town market is about a 20-minute drive away and there are only a few small sari-sari stores in the area.
- Bonfires, littering is strictly prohibited at the beach.
- Please keep noise at a minimum outside the house after 9:00PM so as not to disturb the neighbors.
