3. How many contacts and messages can I store in my red mobile SIM?
   • You can store up to 250 contacts and up to 30 messages in your red mobile SIM
4. Will my red mobile SIM work with a 2G handset?
   • No, you won’t be able to use a red mobile SIM with a regular 2G handset.  Since red mobile is powered by 3G, the red mobile SIM is only compatible with a 3G handset and 3G signal
5. Do I need to configure 3G settings on my red mobile phone?
   • You will need to set the network settings on your 3G handset to 3G / Dual mode or UMTS mode (if UMTS option is available) in order to use your red mobile SIM. 
   • To enjoy 3G services (ie: mobile internet) and MMS services, please activate your 3G / MMS settings by texting RED(space)<handset model> to 9969
