scroll down on the second window pane and you will see a post, montero 95, and obviously there is a third row seat.

I could not access the link but US version montero normally do not have 3rd row seat. If your SUV is a genuine Montero, then it could be an Asian version and not US version.
Can you confirm if it is registered as Montero with the LTO? This is supposedly registered as 1992 and not 1995 as posted. Is it correct?

This is definitely not a Montero from US. Most probably an asian version "Surplus" if it really is a Montero.

No offense to the seller but i would like to make a comment on your ad so as not to mock your potential buyers.

A 1995 Mitsubishi Montero (US Version) happens to have two models the LS and the RS models "RS being the high end - has a 3.5 DOHC model".

This brings us down to the LS version because the engine of your so called US Montero (based from your ad) is a 3.0 V6 engine.

If your so called Montero is indeed a LS model it should not have a sunroof and the third row seats should be facing forward "not like the asian version of the 1995 Pajero which has a third row foldable seat which is facing each other"

By the way, I did not make a comment on this ad to make a fool out of the seller or pretend that I know everything.

i will answer your post specifically and in details.
1. there are no RS model on 1995 edition intead they released SR.
2. assuming that my fake montero is an  LS version. did you know "options" in U.S. when buying cars. ie. premium radio, leather seats, sunroof, alloy wheels are options even jump seats (in which case our third row seat). i change one of my post picture for you to verify if the third row seat is  facing as you mentioned.
3. for your referrence.  location is verified they called it  rock sluice,  it is in Virginia. U.S.A. kindly verify also. link is below.

As you said on your post, you dont want to make me a fool, noted that you are working with MITSUBISHI PHILIPPINES and did you know that your actions drag and exposed your Company's reputations, judging by your credibility as a plant engineer, the authority and integrity of your comment is enough grounds to end difference in opinion, be subtle with your comments specially with Mitsubishi brand because your working with the Company and your comment will greatly affect decisions when buying cars because people might think you have an authority due to your current position. Thanks for the reminder but please do bear in mind that i am not speaking on behalf of my company and what it represents, I made a comment from your ad based from my own personal opinion "as a member of Sulit.com if you may put it that way" with the knowledge that I have from my company.

Since we are living in a world where fact and not here say is of utmost importance, let me respond to your reply in detail also:

1. Thanks for rectifying the error I made in my previous comment (I am refering to the SR instead of RS). It is a known fact for the whole US market that the 1995 Mitsubishi Montero has 2 models; the LS and SR and i think we have already established that. I have provided a link for the Standard equip. & Specs of these 2 models for your reference.

2. I do understand your point that there is such a thing that we call dealer options when buying vehicles in dealerships or retailers so to speak (this applies for both local and foreign dealers). What i was indicating in my previous comment was the standard options for the 1995 US version of the Montero LS.

3. The youtube link that you have provided does not prove anything, it's just a plain old video of a Montero doing Off Road. : )

*Here's what. I do apologize if i 'm a bit nosy about your ad but the pictures that you have provided seems a little bit odd "if i may put it that way" for a 1995 US Montero - no offense by the way.

What i would suggest is that you provide the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of your Montero.

It can be located on a plate attached to the left front of the dash panel so it can be seen through the windshield when you stand beside the vehicle, in front of the driver's door (It is usually comprised of 17 alphanumeric characters).
I can decode this information (VIN) for you. The information that can be extracted from the VIN are as follows:
-Manufacturing country.
-Make.
-Vehicle type.
-Type of seat belt system, weight class of truck/multi-purpose vehicle.
-Vehicle line.
-Body type.
-Engine displacement.
-Model year
-Plant where the vehicle was built.

before anything else i didnt expect this audiences on the post it's like a teleserye waiting for the next event to happen. i'd like to apologized for my long absence, i had personal matters to attend to and i have no connections to the web for so long, anyway, im just selling the car to downgrade and buy two small cars, since school are almost over and my kids will be in summer vacation im having second thought about selling the car since school is two months or so, i think there is enough time for me to buy a new used car, but doubt and disbelief are still in the mind of the members who posted with the ads, to conclude everything i will PM the members who wish for the VIN and hopefully everything will end here. thanks :)
