Hi, I'm planning to buy a 384 sqm lot at greenwoods Village in cainta. lot dimension is 12m frontage and 32m in length in equal size. Plano kong patayauan ng 3 commercial (2 storey) with parking sa harap, then a garage or space sa gilid for a 5 to 6 (2 storey) aprtment sa likod with a third floor provision kung magdadagdag ako in the near future ng mga single floor units. How much will it cost me per sqm. Please PM me your quotations

How much is the Total contract price included na ba ang design and construction package including permit processing, clearances and other needed documentations.. Di masyadong magarbo ung commercial unit may 2 rooms sa 2nd floor also with apartment sa likod all with one t&b, kitchen and a provision for third floor for single units with 2 rooms  in the future. How Many years ang warranty? Can you provide me  the specs in sqm on how you will build the units

gawan ko muna layout para makita mo, 12k per s.m. included na permits... ung application ng permanent water and electricity hindi kasali....thanks

gud day! magkano aabutin kung magpapatayu ako ng 2-storey residential with 3 bedrooms and 2 t and b? meron akong 400 sq.mtrs. but not intending to consume it all maybe at least 150 sq. mtrs. only. planning to do it next year, lupa ko nga pala nasa dasma, cavite.
