1. 3 Days replacement warranty if buyer receives item ‘Dead on Arrival’ or ‘Incorrect Item’ or ‘Damaged in Transit’.

2. Buyer must send us the product for Repair. After checking the damage and its cause, It may take upto 20 business days to repair the item and send back.
   Incase if damage is happened due to mishandling of product, all repair charges must be paid by buyer.

3. All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product being accepted for return or repair.

4. If in the event that a replacement is not available then and only then will we issue you with a full refund or offer you other similar product to choose.

5. We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.

6. Merchandise should be properly packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit and insured with the carrier for the full amount of purchase. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with all the accessories..

7. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

8. Supplier/Manufacturer may change the specifications slightly without notice and as such item may vary slightly from as advertised. Please provide feedback as to any differences so we can ensure we our advertisements are as accurate as possible.
