In the continuity of the successful 2008 dance project, BUHAWIAN: The Metro Manila Dance Idols, Here comes the biggest, grooviest and the most anticipated dance venture ever in history. Dancepinoy.com Presents Philippine’s Best Dance Group (PBDG).

PBDG is a multi-part year-long project that utilizes quad-media to bring out the best on promoting Pinoy skills and talents. It aims to boost the quality of dance in the Philippines & helps engage the general public much more in the art of dancing than has been done so far.

With a unique thought of advocacy that contrasts the idea of what you see on television, PBDG is providing a path which concealed talents may be discovered through the modern media (internet) and be given a big opportunities via recommendations and connections. PBDG is also proud to create an alliance of professional/amateur dancers, dance groups, choreographers, dance studios, agents and enthusiasts to connect not just within the country but the whole world as well.

Focused to expose the art of dance in different disciplines with a new method predominantly for youth and plans to use all the genre of dance; Hip-hop, ballet, jazz, folk and creative dances and the likes to be a festival of challenging performances. The event also aims to direct all participating groups and its followers towards a worthwhile and profitable activity, as opposed to destructive activities as gambling, drugs and similar unproductive interests.
