90 hectare Farm Land in Bauan Batangas - Good for Realty Development

Attached is the set of photos taken just this July 2008 from a land mass in Barangay Cupang, Bauan, Batangas. This land mass is the aggregate sum of several individually-owned lots the total of which reaches up to 91 hectares. Here are its characteristics:

1.  The area is right beside the national road. Prices of lots along the road could now reach between 2000 to 3000 pesos per square meters.

2.  Hundreds of fruit-bearing mango and other trees are already present in the area and the entire area is mostly flat with a small creek lining some parts that's no more than about a meter deep.

3.  There is an access road running at the side of the land mass and around it, though it is narrow; about 3-4 meters only.
