We are looking for a serious buyer of a 10,941 sq. m. lot at P700.00 per sq. m. net of commission, taxes and other expenses located at Sto. Cristo Pulilan Bulacan.  There is a right of way in going to the said property. The lot is just walking distance from the junction of Plaridel/Sto Cristo Pulilan Bulacan, as your land mark in going there is the small  basket ball court of children.    The lot is no longer succesfful in  bearing abundant mango fruits, maybe because of the plastic factory that was put up by the Korean owners lately in the nearby lot  or we do not have the time to seriously monitor the bearing of fruits as we are not lucky to find a farm worker who is really determined to work in order to produce the same number of fruits that it used to have. The  owner is not in a hurry to sell the property now as  we are just awaiting for the right buyer to come, preferably from the US who would want to retire in the Philippines.  I can also entertain  brokers and agents with serious buyers only, they will get their commissions from the 5% they will offer to their buyers, which is only 5% over the P500 per sq.m. Brokers and agents are requested not to over price the property.
