Directions:
from Manila to The Cliff Royale at Subic via NLEX-SCTExTrip time: 2-2½ hours, Distance: 153 km from EDSA Balintawak
- Go to NLEX via the Balintawak interchange in North EDSA.
- Pay P36 at the Balintawak Toll Plaza and get your toll card.
- NLEX imposes a speed limit of 100 km/h. Please observe the speed limit to avoid ruining your vacation. Also, please stay at the outer right lanes even if you are at the speed limit.
- Use the leftmost lane only when overtaking, then go back to the right lanes.
- Drive to the Dau Toll Plaza at the end of NLEX (~71 km from Balintawak Toll Plaza). Pay P138 at the toll booth.
- Take the SCTEx ramp (at the right) about 3 km from the Dau Toll Plaza.
- Take your toll card at the SCTEx toll booth.
- SCTEx imposes a speed limit of 100 km/h. Please observe the speed limit to avoid ruining your vacation. Also, please stay at the right lane even if you are at the speed limit.
- Use the leftmost lane only when overtaking, then go back to the right lane.
- Drive to the Tipo exit at the end of SCTEx (~57 km). Pay P112 at the toll booth.
- Drive to the Subic-Tipo Hiway toll booth (~0.8 km). Pay P18 at the toll booth.
- Stop at the Subic Bay Freeport customs booth and say hello.
- Follow the map below upon reaching the end of Tipo Hiway at the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
- The Subic Bay Freeport imposes strict U.S. style traffic rules.
- Make sure both front passengers are wearing seat belts.
- Slow down to a complete stop at every intersection with a stop sign.
- Adhere to speed limits.

HOUSE RULES
Owners and guests are entitled to a pleasant experience at The CLIFF Royale. These rules provide guidance for sharing the responsibilities and encouraging courtesy and consideration of both owners and guests. Your willing compliance is encouraged.
Guests must observe the rules and procedures of The CLIFF Royale, including those relating to Registration, Health and Safety, Security, Conservation and particular facilities such as the Swimming Pool and Beach Area.
Right of Refusal
The CLIFF Royale reserves the right to refuse a guest entry and accommodation if the guest is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is behaving aggressively, antisocially or displaying any other form of unacceptable behaviour.
Disturbance
The CLIFF Royale is a nature resort and courteous conduct is required. We do not permit disturbing occupants of adjacent units, profane language, public intoxication, smoking in prohibited areas or improper use of alcohol or drugs. Offenders will be subject to ejection from the resort.
*Sleeping on decks, Patios or grounds in tents or sleeping bags is not allowed and tents may not be pitched on the grounds.
*Quiet Hours: The hours after 12 A.M. are established as quiet times to permit those desiring to sleep to do so. Pool hours are 7:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M
Supervision of Children
Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult guest at all times. Children must not be permitted to cause disturbance or cause damage to the property of The CLIFF Royale, its guests, visitors or staff. Children must also not be allowed to use the swimming pool or be permitted access to the swimming pool area or beach area, without the direct and constant supervision of a responsible adult.
Children and infants in diapers are not permitted in the swimming pool.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
Food and Drink
Charcoal and Gas Stoves are not permitted inside the rooms or on patios or balconies.
Guests are permitted to prepare meals using the facilities provided by The CLIFF Royale
PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS ENOUGH ON USING GAS STOVES AND OTHER FORMS OF FIRE!!!
Valuables
Guests must not keep money or valuables unattended or The CLIFF Royale and the Management will not be held responsible for any losses arising from these circumstances.
Losses and Liabilities
The CLIFF Royale shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to guest property unless caused by wilful misconduct of The CLIFF Royale or its staff. The CLIFF Royale shall also not be held liable to guests for losses or damage caused by other guests, visitors, other third parties, Acts of God or any other factors beyond its control.
Guests shall not enter areas of The CLIFF Royale restricted, the Resort shall not be held responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a guest in such areas.
Vehicles
All types of vehicles are only allowed for Pick-up and Drop off; parking space is available at The CLIFF Royale entrance.
