Mobile internet access connections available include GPRS, EDGE, 3G, and HSDPA. Free hours are applicable to browsing within the Philippines only.

Mobile Internet rate in excess of the free hours is charged at P5 for 15 minutes.

SIM is Call, Text, Value-Added Service and charged based on standard Prepaid rates.

Can be reloaded at all Globe Business Centers and Autoload Max Retailers or using Share-A-Load or GCash.

Simply follow these steps on setting, reloading and checking your balance to enjoy easy connection using your Globe Visibility Prepaid Kit:

How to set your Visibility USB Modem:
Ensure that you have placed the Prepaid SIM in the USB Modem slot and that you have connected the USB Modem to you laptop using the cable provided in the package.

1. Once USB Modem in connected to the laptop, the installation process will start automatically. Once the USB Modem has been installed, click on the Globe Visibility Icon on your desktop.
2. Once the Visibility application has opened, click on Tools > Options > Profile Management > Edit. Make the following changes:
   Profile Name: from “Globe Visibility” to “Globe Visibility Prepaid”
   APN: from “internet.globe.com.ph” to “http.globe.com.ph”
3. Once done, click Save and OK. You will be directed to the main window, click Connect when you see “Globe Visibility Prepaid."

How to reload your Visibility Prepaid SIM:

1. Go to any Globe Autoload Max retailer. Give the mobile number of your Visibility SIM* and the amount you want to load.
2. The load will be sent to you and you will receive a confirmation message via text. You can view the text message using the Visibility application under Text > SIM > Inbox.

   * Your Visibility Prepaid number is printed on the SIM.

How to check your load balance:

1. Using the Visibility application, click on Text > Envelope Icon.
2. A new text window will open. In the Sent To field, type 222.
3. In the black message box, type BAL and click Send. The load advisory will be sent to you. You can view the text message using the Visibility application under Text > SIM > Inbox.
