| Bought this unit yesterday, upon getting home the remote and instruction manual we're missing. I called the seller's office a couple of times but they'd go with the usual "we'll call you back... we're waiting for Aldrin" and somehow trying to shift the blame on me by asking "di po ba na-testing yan dito sa office" (no - how should i know, they placed the box in my car and just jotted down the serial number details on the sticker outside the box). I am hoping there'd be a quick resolution with this minor incident - quite frankly ok lang naman bumili ako ng remote or ng manual, naabala pa ako i-schedule ang oras ko (since I want this problem done and over with), barya lang naman yan eh. Though it sucks knowing that you transacted fairly and the goods you received are incomplete (I am not blaming the seller/dealer - it is LG's fault) - I guess it goes with everoyone naman where we want to close any transactions without any worries. On the high side, the seller is selling the AC (and other goods) cheap (compared to Department Store prices). I'll even recommend them since mura talaga (next time check the box content). Again I doubt if it is their fault (since the packaging strap and staples were intact), my irk is that I feel like pinag-papasahan at pinapaasa ako. |

I was out of the office when you called. All items delivered to our company are factory sealed, we only open the unit when the item/s is purchase and upon the request of the customer, we normally test the unit when the item is pick-up, also to make sure that things are complete. Again sir I do apologize, In a day we have several transactions thats why people in our office verifies concerns such as yours. Though this is the first time that we have a call on a missing remote control & manual. Thank you sir for you fair comments. To address your concern sir, can I have your office address here in metro manila and I will send extra remote control (please text details at 0917-8987569). Though for the manual sir I'll try to look if I have a extra hard copy, if I can't find one can I have your e-mail and I will send a soft copy. Thank you sir & sorry for the inconvenience. |

I do hope that you are not shouldering the cost of the extra remote control - after all it is LG's fault, not yours. :) I'll drop by in your office rather than you guys coming over - after all, I availed for the PHP 150.00 discount since I picked up the unit in your office; it just wouldn't be fair to you. (I'd be passing by SM Megamall anyways, so it's not really much of a hassle to pass by your office). Again I am very thankful, and am looking forward in making business with you. I hope you can excuse my negative feedback - it was done in good faith; not to discredit you but to air-out a minor concern. :) Message appended on August 14, 2009 08:30AM Problem solved, my sincerest thanks to Aldrin and Joven for taking the initiative in addressing my previous concern. :) This unit has more than enough cooling power to make my 18 sq/m room cool and comfy. Remote is simple to operate (unlike our Idec split tpe remote which, to date, I still can't figure out how it works).
