GUIDELINES FOR SELLERS:
1. SET-UP TIME IS 2 HOURS BEFORE THE EVENT IS SLATED TO START
2. FOR CubaoExpOctoberFestival Bazaar Sellers
a. The stall fee includes 6ft. x 12ft. selling space, 1 electrical outlet & 2 overhead fluorescent lamps per tent (please bring extra lighting for your stall if you feel it will not be enough for your display purposes)
b. The organizers will NOT be providing chairs & tables.
c. 16 bazaarista stalls available, P800/stall, stall #s 21 to 36
3. For CubaoExpOctoberFestival Artist Exhibitors
a. The stall fee includes 6ft. x 12ft. selling space, 1 electrical outlet & 2 overhead fluorescent lamps per tent (please bring extra lighting for your stall if you feel it will not be enough for your display purposes)
b. The organizers will NOT be providing chairs & tables..
c. 16 artists stalls, P150/stall, stall #s 1 to 16
d. By artists, we mean visual artists, the items to display are paintings, sculptures, photographs etc., the ratio of artworks to art-based merchandise (t-shirts, handmade notebooks etc.) is 85% artworks, 15% art-based merchandise.
4. For October Flea Market Fiesta Sellers
a. The selling fee includes the ff.:
i.1 parking slot (approximately the size of 1 van!)
b.The organizers will NOT be providing display materials, chairs & tables.
c. 20 selling spaces, P200 selling fee
d. Things you can sell here: any clean & usable 2ndhand items, from clothes to books to toys to office supplies etc., all the way to electrical appliances, furniture, artworks! THIS IS A GARAGE SALE, NOT A BAZAAR, so the ratio of 2ndhand items to new merchandise should be 85% 2ndhand stuff, 15% new stuff.
5. For Cubao Expo Holiday Bazaar Sellers
a.The stall fee includes 6ft. x 12ft. selling space, 1 electrical outlet & 2 overhead fluorescent lamps per tent (please bring extra lighting for your stall if you feel it will not be enough for your display purposes)
b.The organizers will NOT be providing display materials, chairs & tables.
c. 36 stalls available, P900/stall
6. Full CASH payment is accepted only at The READING ROOM (Shop #39, Cubao Expo, Araneta Center Cubao QC), Mondays to Sundays, 1pm to 8pm. Pay only to any of the ff.: Hanzel delos Reyes, Sandy Allan-Beltran, or Benjamin S. Beltran of The READING ROOM. You can pay as early as August 25, 2008.
7. ALL SELLERS/PARTICIPANTS:
a. All sellers are NOT ALLOWED to sell the ff.: pirated/fake/replica goods, hopia, pastries, barbecue, any liquid drink, foil-packaged snacks, firecrackers, firearms, knives, and purely ukay-ukay goods.
b. All stalls are sold on a 1st come, 1st served basis. No verbal reservations are allowed.
c. Once paid, NO REFUNDS under any circumstances will be given.
d. Be aware of the limitations of your selling space. Do not encroach on others’ selling space.
e. There will be no on-site storage of merchandise outside of booth space.
f. A maximum of 3 vendors manning each booth is allowed.
g. Please conduct yourselves according to your station. The organizers will not tolerate any behavior that is harmful, negative, off-putting, and distracting to others.
h. Playing music from stereos, laptops etc. is not allowed.
i. You are responsible for the security of your stall. The organizers will not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or breakage.
j. You are responsible for the cleanliness of your stall during & after the event.
k. If the vendors are smokers, PLEASE bring your own ashtrays, or dispose of your cigarettes properly. DO NOT THROW YOUR CIGARETTE BUTTS ON THE GROUND, OR IN THE PLANTERS FOUND IN THE CUBAO EXPO WALKWAYS.
