ANNUAL PYSICAL EXAMINATION (APE):

PREVENTIVE HEALTH CARE:

• Administration Vaccine (excluding cost of vaccine & Determination of susceptibility.

IN-PATIENT SERVICES (HOSPITALIZATION):

• Service of Physician, Surgeon, Including Surgery
• Room and Board (according to plan type)
• General Nursing Services
• Use of Operating and Recovery rooms
• Anesthesia and its Administration
• Drugs and Medication (during hospitalization)
• Oxegen and its Administration
• Dressing, Plaster casts and other medical supplies
• Laboratory tests, x-rays and other diagnostic services
• Transfusion of blood and other blood elements
• Dialysis up to the maximum limit of the plan
• Confinement in the intensive care unit (ICU) up to the maximum plan limit
