Description

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service through inbound calls by: responding to the clients’ issues and concerns; handling customer inquiries (cancellations & billing issues); and providing information on products and services

Requirements:

Completed at least 2 years in college or a 2-year vocational course.
Above Average English verbal communication skills including active listening.
Computer literate and must be proficient in keyboarding.
Willing to work on shifting schedules / graveyard shift.
Full-time positions available.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
10 Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
