Product Condition. Never been used. Most of our products are items subject for warehouse clearance. For some of the others, the packaging may be worn out because they have been on store shelves or our warehouse for some time. Some others, if boxes and accessories are unsealed, products might have been tested by technicians. In the interest of time, efficiency and convenience, we do not allow inspections or demos. Our warranty should ensure you that we will honor any defective products bought from us. See below.
TERMS and CONDITIONS:
- Product Inquiries. Read through the product description thoroughly. When sending us an email, please include the product title so that we know what product you are inquiring about. Responses will be delayed without this information.
- Hours of Operation and Support We operate (ie. pre-sales inquiry and post-sales support, reply to txt and email, meet up etc) only during regular working hours and days, this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and any non-working Holidays.
- Winning Bidders. If you win our auction, we shall send you a notification within 3 working days. Delays sometimes occur when eBay is not able to send out notices. If you do not receive our email within 3 days after end of auction, feel free to drop us a note. We join eBay in the assumption that people are basically good and honest and wish to push through with their commitment, if you do not wish to push through with your transaction, kindly communicate with us and let us know your reasons, if they are reasonable, we will not insist. We will however file eBay NPB cases against those who ignore us or give us weird reasons for not pushing through with the transaction.
- Meet up/Pick-up Point. We meet only at: Jollibee, Welcome Rotonda, Espana Manila. Transaction will be COD (cash on delivery) or (kaliwaan), if item is clearly not as what was described in auction description, buyer may at this point refuse to push through. We wish to delight our customers. Customer satisfaction is a priority for us.
- Pick up Day and Time. We are only able to meet up Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:00 PM ONLY (Sorry, no exceptions) Note: If you are unable to go to either venues above, during the designated days and time (because you are working, studying etc), then, may we suggest shipping your item through the convenience of door-to-door courier service for a very reasonable and minimal fee, refer to #9.
- Leadtime. Please inform us one day in advance of your preferred date of meeting via email. We need ample time to prepare merchandise and prearrange our messengers. The best way to inform us is via email.
- Communication. We strive to be as responsive and customer-focused as much as possible but the sheer volume of inquiries and coordination work that is needed can sometimes be overwhelming; thus, our policy is that all communications will be done via two ways:
- EMAIL : this is the most ideal since everything will be clear and well documented.
- TXT (To coordinate meet-up on the day itself ONLY): fast, cheap and still well documented.
Unfortunately, we will be unable to receive phone calls or call you on your landlines. We will only provide a mobile number when you win the auction. The mobile number should only be used to coordinate the meet up on the day itself (username: I am here na!), all other inquiries and other matters should be emailed. And no, we do not have a store front, we are an e-store and operate only through online sales. - Newbies/Negative Feedback eBayers. If you have zero (0) feedback, please email us your mobile number before you bid so that we have your contact information on file. Please ensure this is followed, otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the bid. If your feedback rating is less than 0, you may NOT bid on any of our items. If you are trying to bid, but are encountering an eBay "error" drop us an email.
Shipment. We will ship nationwide door2door using Air21 or other couriers of our choice. Forwarding and all other charges associated with shipment (insurance etc) will be to the buyer's account to be added to the winning auction bid price. Rates will be from P90 and above depending on the product weight/value/destination.
AIR21 RATES HERE . Item will be shipped as soon as payment is verified with the bank, please give us 3-4 banking days after payment to ship. We shall provide you the airway bill # if requested, but usually, by the time we provide the AWB#, the item has already arrived in the customer's place. Note: For items that are bulky or packaged in bulk boxes, Air21, as well as other couriers use dimensional weight and round off weight to 10kgs, please consider this when you bid. If availing of this option, here are some guidelines:
- Do not avail of this when you have an urgent need (chasing a term paper deadline, to give the item as a gift etc). Although we ship 3-4 days after payment, there are sometimes unforeseen situations like Air21 isn't able to pick up etc.
- Do not avail of this option if trust is an issue. We had a 13 email exchange from a buyer who won a P900 item, demanding the AWB#, demanding an update everyday, threatening us with a neg if we didn't give him an update etc. He gave us a postive, but we added him to our blocked bidders list.
- One word: PATIENCE.
10.Off-line Payment. If availing of door2door services, payments must be banked into our Metrobank account first. Courier services (Air21/LBC etc) do not accept cash on delivery. Deposit slip may be scanned and emailed to us for faster confirmation. If in spite of our feedback, trust is an issue, then meet-up is your best option. Metrobank may charge a nominal fee (P50 or so) for provincial transactions. We do not accept other forms of payment (eg. Gcash, Load etc) at this time.
- Nigerian and African Scammers. We will not reply to your inquiries. We do not ship abroad, although for items worth $600 and above, we will consider arranging shipment to Singapore ONLY.
- Feedback. We appreciate all the positive feedback left for us. As much as we want and as hard as we try to please our buyers, there will be one or two itching to leave neutrals or negatives, in most cases zero feedbackers themselves with nothing to lose. Before leaving us a neutral or negative feedback, please consider going to this site to review eBay's guidelines for leaving feedback. Remember that any feedback you leave is public and permanent, so think carefully before leaving feedback. Make sure that comments are fair and factual. If there is a dispute, try to resolve the differences by communicating with us before leaving feedback. If there is a delay in our response, refer to #2. We will definitely reciprocate negative/neutral feedback if it is an unreasonable one.
