How to pay the bal of 30% DP

Thru Pag-ibig loan.

Your amortization payment  must be equivalent to 40% of your gross family income.
ex. if the amortization is  Php11,000/mo your family income should be Php27,500/month.

If in that case then on the 9th month of paying 11,000/mo as rent 
you have saved up 99,000 plus 66,000= 165,000 which is equivalent to 15% equity required by Pag-ibig.

Balance of which may be paid 20-30 yrs depending on your age.  Please check Pag-ibig website on requirements. If you are not a Pagibig member you can pay 2 yrs fees and update your account based on the amount of loan.
