Account Managers Requirements:
* 2-5 years proven account/program management experience required (overseeing professional staff)
* Must have proficiency with various software application programs including lotus notes, Microsoft word and Excel

* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Excellent coaching and leadership skills

* Excellent negotiation skills
In-bound Contact Center Professionals (Pioneer Accounts & Existing Accounts) * Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in any field or have finished any 2 year vocational course
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas CBD, Pasig City.
* Candidate must have above average communication skills.
* Highly conversant and energetic individuals are needed.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Candidate must be willing to work in shifting schedule.
* More than 6 months - 1 year Work experience in a International Call Center is an ADVANTAGE

IT Administrator/Help Desk Specialist Requirements:
* Requirements:
* 3+ years IT support supervisory experience; 3+ years relevant IT support experience
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
* Excellent oral and written English language skills
* Experience with personal computer hardware and Microsoft Windows XP operating system software
* Experience with server hardware and Microsoft Server 2003 operating system
* Experience with setting up and/or administering IP/TDM based telephony systems (PABX)
* Experience with a variety of Microsoft desktop software products – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Project, etc.
* Experience with email in a Microsoft Outlook/Exchange environment
* Experience with PC and Server anti-virus products
* Experience with automated PC and server administration tools such as Landesk, or MS SMS
* Familiar with IP-Based communications at the WAN and LAN levels using DHCP, WINS, DNS.
* Familiar with UTP structured cabling and wireless networking devices
* Excellent troubleshooting skills or help desk experience
* Experience supporting and troubleshooting network attached printers
* Willing to work on a shifting schedule Desired Qualifications:
* Dell personal computer and server hardware experience
* Experience with Cisco based networking hardware and software
* Active Directory administration skills
