PHOSPHATING SOLUTION (RUST CONVERTER)

Rust is oxide of iron, the harmful effect of corrosion. It can be made useful thru chemical reaction with Phosphating solution. The end product is iron phosphate, a though and hard protective film that also acts as a sound base for paint.

Direction:
1. clean the surface of grease and oil
2. loosen rust
3. apply a coat or two with paint brush
4. let it stand to dry
5. rinse, dry and paint
