WHAT IS WHEATGRASS ?

Wheatgrass is the young cereal grass that is when full grown becomes a wheat plant that yields wheat flour for our bread. In 1931,Dr. Charles F. Schnabel discovered that wheatgrass achieves its peak nutrition (chlorophyll, protein and vitamin content) when grown to the joining stage and declines sharply after this.
