Wanted: Outsourcing Investors (BPO non voice)

I am looking for a partner in business/investor with a small office . We will set up a business in IT. The business will have 3 sources of revenue.

First, We will supply the local market with CCTV products for surveillance system application. I can get the products direct from the manufacturer or Factory .

Second source of income are sales from memberships to a Social network/ personals site with US dollar potential.

Third, sales from marketing of real estate. ( condo, resorts, vacation/ retirement homes).

If you have existing business thats related, we can consolidate it.

What I need is a business partner/ investor with a small office or a bigger one will be greatly appreciated. I will handle all the operations, you'll be the Chairman. Profit sharing.

We can start with 10-15 employees on a per commission basis with incentives like SSS, Phil Health and PAG IBIG.
