     This is our family vacation house and its only 500+ squaremeter, but we decided to do it small but cute resort (Studio Type rooms ), i want everyone to see how beautiful the 10km beach was and the islands of Capones, Camara, Anawagin Cove, Nagsasa cove the sand there are white like boracay you can rent (bangkas) if you want to go to the island in very affordable price and try to  swim in Pundakit Falls during rainy season.... SURFING...

Please note the following:
1. Sir Williams Cottage does it room reservation on the first come first serve basis only. First to deposit at our banks for downpayment assures the room(s) being reserved for especially during the summer months. 2-3 weeks before we can allow to put the deposit payment from the time of booking to secure the needed reserved room(s) Otherwise temporary reservation is cancelled without prior notice.

2.We do not allow to exceed room capacity to the capacity of the bed(s) in the room. A Double Deck bed takes 2 to 4 person only , a KINGsized bed takes no more than 3 people & the capacity of 10 is good only for 7-10 people only. excess person in the room is 250/head

3. Additional FOAM MATTRESS can be rented from us for an additional person to join in the rooms for  500 maximum two (2) Adult.

4. Use of Stove and Utensil is included in the Rent. (always ask for assistance)

5. An overnight stay is a 24 or less stay with flexibility depending on the room situation.
    Any extension of the stay is 300. Extra charged per hour.
   **but Strickly 24/hr or 2pm-12nn(next day) only during peak or summer  
      season. (Feb,March,April,May )

6.Videoke ( hulog 5.00 ) 8:30am- 10:00pm only.Pls share w/ others.

7. There is also sari-sari store near the resort is was owned by sister of our caretaker and  you can buy what u need for cooking in very affordable price.

The Best way how to get here:
       By Private vehicle;From Manila take the NLEX  ( North Luzon Expressway ) and Exit to last Tollgate and after Dau Take SCTEX to Subic Tipo (Last Exit) SBMA , just follow the sign to Zambales '' just ask folks'', Be sure to Stop on all Stop sign even there is no stop sign to avoid delay to your trip , you will exit kalaklan Gate front of Cementery to Zambales. turn left to subic town,straight Castillejos, San Marcelino, you will see the sign to San Antonio then turn Left up to the town proper, you will pass the Municipal Hall,Public Market shortly you will see the Triangle road ( YANGCO INSTITUTE SCHOOL)Turn Hard Left after u pass 1 small cross streets turn Right to the second Street and  u will pass (Concrete Arc Brgy SanJuan)you will see (Concrete Arc Brgy.San Santiago) Turn Left then Straight the Road . Just follow the Sign TO PUNDAQUIT. if in doubt just ask again folks " after you pass the arc welcome Brgy. Pundaquit and Patio Inn Beside,straight 50 meters you will see a waiting Pink shed & turn right go straight Left Side u will see Colored Flag , Purok 5 June Liwarin Residence (Rose Store), before the place of EX-Kapitan Manny Santiago.
 

  By Public Transport;
Victory Liner Bus Company every hour Caloocan Terminal and Cubao twice a day, from sampalok 6 times a day ,Take an IBA or STA.CRUZ as both travel past Olongapo & San Antonio. ask the conductor to drop you in san Antonio Town Proper and catch a tricycle 3kms to Pundaquit Purok 5 Jun Liwarin Residence(Rose Store) before Ex-Kapitan Manny Santiago House.
