Quad Sharing = fully-furnished condo room good for 4 Tenants.

Room is furnished with Beds, Cabinets, Electric Fan, etc.

Airconditioned Twin - Sharing Room
P 5,500 / month  - ALL IN !!!

Twin Sharing= fully-furnished condo room good for only 2 Tenants

Room is furnished with Beds, Cabinets, Electric Fan, etc.

Non-Airconditioned Solo Room w/ CR
P 5,500 / month  - ALL IN !!!

Solo Room = fully-furnished condo room good for only 1 Tenant.

Room is furnished with Beds, Cabinets, Electric Fan, etc.

Parking Space
P 3,000 / month

PAYMENT TERMS

1 MONTH ADVANCE

2 MONTHS SECURITY DEPOSIT – deposit will be refunded upon finishing the contract

MINIMUN of 6 Months signing contract

* Post Dated Checks are recommended but are NOT required.

- Building’s amenities (e.g.  Swimming Pool and gym usage, etc.)

- Weekly Cleaning of the common areas by our Housekeeping Team

- Unlimited Local Calls thru our Landline and Wi-fi Internet connection

- Usage of electric stove, microwave for Cooking / Refrigerator / and Cooking      equipments

- Usage of washing machine and laundry equipments
