OFF-PEAK SEASON (Daily Rate) - July to September
* Cottage: P 500 - 600
* 1-Bedroom Beach House: P 1,500 - 2,000
* 2-Bedroom Beach House: P 2,000 - 3,000
* 3-Bedroom Beach House: P 3,000 - 3,500

SPECIAL NOTES
* The Jaen's Beach House has TV, beds, private bathroom, heater, air

con and/or electric fan, and stove for cooking.
* No. of Persons per Beach house:
1-Bedroom Beach House: 1-2
2-Bedroom Beach House: 3-4
3-Bedroom Beach House: 5-8
* Additional persons are allowed in the beach house.
* Extra mattress can be provided for PHP 200 per person.
* Check-in Time: 10:00 A.M.
(Note: If beach house is not yet available, guests may use the available cottage for free.)
* Check-out Time: 10:00 A.M. (next day)
* Early booking is accepted.
* Outside foods/drinks are allowed.
* Cooking is allowed.
* Entrance fee: PHP 30.00 per person to be collected at the main gate
