Description

Responsibilities:

Successful candidates would be in charge of answering queries about a medical insurance account. Knowledge in different facets of healthcare, medical and hospital procedures is an advantage. Successful candidates would be extensively trained to acquire the necessary skills to do the job effectively. Full compensation and benefits of Php 13,000 Starting salary + Php 2,000 allowance would start on the 1st day of training.

Requirements:

Candidates must have excellent English Communication Skills
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Biology, Nursing, Medical Science, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Experience in a call center an advantage
Candidates must be willing to work in the Libis Area
Willing to work on shifting schedules specially night/graveyard shifts
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
