yes. meron. in progress application nya sa pag ibig. medyo na delay lang kasi ofw yong husband ng buyer and the pag ibig requires her husband to execute an SPA thru the consol of saudi. medyo hirap maka execute yong husband ng SPA kasi ang layo ng riyad sa probinsya kung saan sya nag wowork. hopefully maayos na within this week. the good thing is that, gusto ng buyer yong bahay.
anyway, first come first serve naman yan di po ba so if you have other buyers you can always entertain them. hindi ko na na send yong supposedly email ko kasi nasagot mo naman thru text yong mga tanong ko.

wala pa naman sir. my buyer is also processing her application sa pag ibig. hindi pa naman sure kung maaaprove yong application nya so you can always contact the seller for your transaction.
