I think your have excellent package, I was really interested when I was reading it. I was also researching the hotels written. I just thank her for sharing what happened. She is against 1 person only and not the company. But you just proved her right by calling her a non-sense customer. I believe that you should provide excellent customer service specially if you're working for a travel agency.
Now Im thinking if I should avail your offer, there are far more better agencies than this.. travel agents that would not give me filipino proverbs,... sure, maybe it'll cost a lot, but if they will give me excellent customer service then I'll get their package...
and oh yeah, You forgot a famous quote "don't judge a book by its cover!"

-let me tell you that i still continued viewing your other Ads... because the scenario is against 1 person and not the company..but ofcourse if that person was you then I understand why you are so defensive. Now I dont think I will consider this a hearsay anymore,because I experienced first hand how you people react in this company. your reply was somewhat rude and judgemental, I was taken aback, now I believe her.
