OPTION 4: Assemble-to-Order

• In this option, franchisees will be given the right to custom-select the franchise package, where options 1, 2 and 3 can be combined in various ways; “other inclusions” indicated under each option may also be mixed and matched depending on your preference.

• Franchisees will be given an assessment of their custom franchise after the site/location evaluation to guarantee its applicability and viability to your market. Afterwhich, revision of the initial custom franchise may bedone only twice, not exceeding 2 weeks.

• A P40,000 bond will be required of the franchisee in the duration of the site assessment and custom franchise revision. The cash bondwill however be returned to the franchisee upon contract signing and the full payment of the franchise fee.
