really? actually, nag pasa din ako ng resume, then they email back with the form (application form),
after 2 days, may email agad for my initial interview, di lang ako na-interview kasi may emergency meeting ako sa site...yun lang...

I would like to post a comment regarding The SCAMMER Accusation about the company BBA and Staff in seconds. BBA hires qualified applicants, those who are capable of working and bieng one of our team, People or individuals who has a good educational back ground and job expirience. Hindi porket hindi kayo natangap at hindi kayo natawagan or na email ay scammer na ang company. Makikitid ang utak ng mga tao na nag iisip ng ganito . Bago kayo mag komento tungkol sa isang bagay dapat alamin nyo muna ang tungkol sa company. "Isipin nyo din incase na makuha ng company ang resume nyo How would the company scam you ?" may hiningi ba kami na Credit card Information or Bank account information galing sa inyo humingi ba kami ng bayad galing sa inyo? Trabaho ang ibinibigay namin at unfair sa company namin na sabihan kami ay scammer. PANINIRANG PURI ang ginagawa nyo. Bago kayo gumawa ng aksyon o mga salitang makakasira sa Kumpanya o sa kahit na sinong indibidwal alamin nyo muna ang Kredibilidad ng tao o kumpanyang sinisira nyo.

If you have an obligation to these people then its your responsibility to perform your part. since the client already paid in advance and in full at the begining of the contract. If i had known that you plan on using the funds for something else I would have not agreed on this. however you kept this from my knowledge on purpose. now 11 people had suffer because your inability to fulfill your obligations. As a person who cunducts business that is not a good sign for your would be employees. Trust is a valuble assest more that money. If noone trust you.Trust is something you cannot gain again ones lost.you had lost ours and we will let people know how you played us like fools for so long.

I'd say BBA seems to be a legit company. Same with the others, I sent in my resume and they sent me a response within a day or two. An initial interview followed by another, then a final interview later, and I was hired. I'm now a VA with a salary of 16k. Not bad for something that is very easy to do and within the bowels of my room.
I'd say for the guy who didn't get a response right away, did you ever think maybe you were too overqualified for the position? Heck I don't know. I'm just glad I got the position within days. For some ads, you won't ever hear from them at all. Would you say those are scammers too? Just a thought to ponder. And no, sending in a resume doesn't obligate the company or person to send a response about your results. They have a lot of work load to do and they can't bother with the 500+ people who didn't make the cut. Sad but true.

I just wanna say something sa mga nagsasabing scam ito, (I don't think so!) Coz I have a friend working as a virtual assistant. Hindi porket d kayo natawagan scam nato..! Tignan nyo ulit ang resume nyo bka nmn d kayo qualified! I'm an HR Generalist and not because graduate kayo or meron kayong experience eh feeling nyo ttnggapin na kayo. Companies has their own set of standards in hiring people. And nowadays, mas maraming qualified na hndi graduate because of their skills and past work experiences. Kaya wag kyong bitter! madami pang work jan. To tell you honestly, pdeng pde kyong idemanda ng bigbucks avenue sa mga paninira nyo. Wala nmn mpapala ang big bucks sa mga info or leads nyo. D nmn uso d2 yun sa US lng! Sana lng guys lalo na yung mga d natawagan tnggapin nyo na lng sa sarili nyo at isipin nyo na d lng kayo ang applicant madami kayong kakompetensya. Wag kyo masyadong confident! In applying for a job you should be ready and accept the fact that you cant please evrybody! 50/50 lagi ang possibility and mind set yourself first para at the end of the day d kayo naddisappoint!

Pano naman matatangap ito eh puro wrong spelling and wrong grammar. First line palang mali na. It is very important for virtual assistants to have grade A communication skills. Tama ang iba,not because you are a grad that gives you 100% assurance na tangap ka na sa work. Kung ganun kadali then wala ng unemployed ngayon. Wag pong mataas masyado ang tingin sa sarili.
