FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Reservation - is Php 20,000.00. It is not refundable but is part of the downpayment. Buyer can transfer reservation/payments to another person or unit provided under same developer and agent. All payments made will be duly credited in the new owner or new choosen unit. Walang penalty or mawawala sa payment. Just pay Php3,000.00 as transfer fee. Approval may take 1-2 weeks.
2. Monthly Amortization/ RENT - the first monthly amortization will start after you have fully paid the downpayment.
3. Kailan Puede Lumipat:
For RENT TO OWN SCHEME - after full payment of Downpayment, puede na lumipat.
4. Ready for Occupancy Units - there are now ready for occupancy units. Only in limited units. Full payment of downpayment is required before Buyer can transfer OR MOVE-IN. Please take note that turn-over unit is where is as is basis. Buyer will shoulder the additional cost of other improvements that he/she wants to change.
5.) House Utility Connection - Ready for Occupancy (RFO) units are already have the provision for utility services like Meralco, PLDT & Maynilad. Buyer will pay the Developer a processing fee to apply and connection of these facilities before moving in.
