i am still talking to a local government official who i ask for a help that could give me your specs...and i will check it if it will come to meet your plan for prayer garden...this is in rodriguez rizal where i also have a land there but residential one...i need to check first all the legal aspects in the offered land because i know there are lots of free land there that are laden with much headache...and i don't wanna take the chance for that....

did you ever send me already a copy of the Title? because i received from other peroson a copy of the Sibul Lot at 2HAS on the name of Rolando Ledesma. i recieved it from a certain Mary Castuciano.

4.  Any geological fault in the area?
5. Clean tittle?
6. May tawad pa ba ito?

9. Is there easy access to get to this land without any dispute from the neighbors?

no tenants, no legal disputes, guaranteed peaceful (NPA? i have not met any one of them yet), no geological fault (you can check on that with the fault line map), negotiable depending on who to shoulder the tax declaration, i will ask the owner if there is a possibility to slash his 10,000 square meters with 7,000sqm., accesible good and cemented road, it is along the barangay road so there is no problem for any right-of-way from neigboring lands whatsoever, transfer of title will depend on you if you will allow me doing it for you but the fees from the government will be charged on you....depends on our frinedly talk....maybe, yes i can be of help with that...pictures are yet not on hand because but will try to do it when i arrived home...i am here in europe no and will be bcak on august 03, 2009...hope you will not into rush finding a lot to buy instead just find more conducive place and decide when things are all in placed and at your convenience

I'd appreciate if you could give me a coordinate, series of numbers yan makikita sa title preceeded by N (for North) at E (for East). Kailangan ko both kahit isang pair lang. Yan yung numbers identifying the property boundary (mohon kung tawagin natin).

Kahit 'yun sa land mo pwede rin (coordinates ng kahit isang mohon). Gusto ko lang makita ang general location (sa google earth). I've seen the Bgy Sibul, maganda ang place. I hope malapit sa ilog 'yang lupa.

If you can send me a copy of the title for verification. Then from there we can start the site trip and negotiations.

Uwi sa Plipinas ng last week of December, at naghahanap ako talaga ng lote para magamit sa mga posibleng negosyo. I ca pay in cash right away pag nagustuhan ko yung lot, at nagkasundo tayo syempre.

Pwede pakisend sa email ko yung details as follows, that is kung open pa yung 1 hectare lot.

- location map ng place

- ano yung mga usal economic activities or mga negosy sa lugar, as in ano farm produce, my fisheries, poultry etc.
