Description

This beachfront property is located in Nagtabon Bay Cove, a lovely and tranquil beach cove with white sand and crystal blue waters facing the South China Sea. It has pristine waters and magnificent view of the sunset. Nagtabon beach is a popular and very beautiful location, but never crowded, ideal for a vacation home or just a weekend getaway.

Nagtabon Beach is in the northwest of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan's seat of commerce and home to Underground River. It is the nicest beach front property nearest the city center.

It is a lovely stretch of white sand beach with crystal clear waters offshore located 45 kilometers west of the city proper. The beach stretches 800 meters long and 15 meters wide ideal for sunbathing, swimming and other water sports. Nagtabon's natural attraction includes panoramic views of mountains and beach as well.

Ideal for a vacation home, a private resort or simply a hideaway from the stress of city life. So secluded and yet near the city. From Manila, just take a 1-hour plane ride going to Puerto Princesa City Airport, for another 45 minutes drive you are at the paradise called "Nagtabon".

Puerto Princesa is a tropical paradise perfect for nature lovers and adventurous travelers. Considered the largest city in the country, it received the Hall of Fame Award for having been declared as the cleanest and greenest component city in the Philippines for three years in a row.

Major commercial airlines, Cebu Pacific, Air Philippines and Philippine Airlines fly daily from Manila to Puerto Princesa City airport. Cebu Pacific Air and PAL Express Air also flies directly from Cebu City. A 3.2 billion peso airport upgrading has been approved and soon there will be direct flights from Major Asian Cities such as Hongkong (China), Singapore, Taipei (Taiwan), Seoul (Korea), Shanghai (China), Tokyo (Japan) to Puerto Princesa City. 

Palawan, a relatively peaceful province, is considered the Last Frontier of the Philippines. It is a sanctuary to an amazing variety of fauna and flora found nowhere else in the world. As the country’s largest province with its coastline stretching almost 2,000 kilometers long, indented by numerous coves and bays, It is composed of 1,769 islands and islets surrounded by coral shelf with an exceptionally rich marine life. Except for northern towns, which are occasionally visited by storms, Palawan is generally typhoon free and is located in a zone which is free of earthquakes.
