Hello. I bought a 15'' Coby LCD TV earlier this year from your store in Quiapo. Problem is the remote control is sometimes erratic. Any solutions?
Problema simula sa ayaw magrespond sa remote control, then the TV responds to what I PREVIOUSLY pressed on the remote. Sometimes skips a channel. Pero okay response ng TV if I use the buttons on the side of the TV itself. Kelangan disconnect ang power then turn it on after 10 seconds, the remote conrol response if back to normal again. I don't know if it is the remote or the TV that's defective. Haven't used a universal remote control yet.
