• Check in time is 2PM. Check out time is 12 noon
• For extended checkout time: 12:00 noon up to 8 pm - extra 1/2 day rent. After 8 pm - 1 whole day rent
• Maximum of 3 pax per unit with extra bed
• Confirm reservations before making any payments
• No parking space available
• Adriatico Suites have the right to change policies when deemed required
• We will do our best to accommodate the bed and room requests, however, we cannot guarantee that these will all be granted because they are subject to availability
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice
• Refunds are returned in CASH upon check-out or via Paypal 1-2 working days after check-out

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY

• The Deposit cannot be refunded once the booking is cancelled

BOOKING PROCEDURES

• Fill out the RESERVATION FORM at www.adriaticosuites.com
• You will receive a $ 40.00 PAYPAL INVOICE or email very shortly from one of our agents. Sometimes our emails can get caught by the junk mail filter. If the confirmation email is not in your inbox, please check your junk mail folder or send a follow up email
• Email your FLIGHT DETAILS so your airport pickup may be arranged as soon as the RESERVATION PAYMENT has been paid
• You will receive a confirmation email from us or from Paypal that we have received your payment and the details of the pick-up shall be emailed back to you. Print a copy and keep as your reference.
• You will be sent an email of your FINAL BILLING. Settle this upon check in.

If you will not avail of the Airport Pick-up please do not forget to bring along a copy of the MAP ( which you may conveniently print from the website ) as your guide to Adriatico Suites.  Take note that our apartel ( NOT A HOTEL ) is NOT ON THE MAIN ROAD, so the map will come in handy.

• ADVANCE RENT PAYMENT ( less the $ 40.00 Reservation Fee made )
  Credit Card ( Visa & Mastercard ) & Cash are accepted UPON CHECK-IN
• REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT must be paid in CASH only UPON CHECK-IN
• RESERVATION FEE of USD 40.00 is required to confirm booking. This reservation fee is NON-REFUNDABLE if booking is cancelled or if there is any change on your reserved date. This may be paid in CASH, Bank to Bank, AYPAL or for LOCAL/PROVINCIAL payees we will accept payments via :
  • Bank Dep to China Bank is free of charge. The Bank Account details shall be emailed to the guest
  • VILLARICA & TAMBUNTING ( +2.5%)

Please DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS UNTIL YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED.

If we do not receive a payment from you after a day or 2, we will send you a follow-up email. We do appreciate a response for any changes/cancellations made. If no response is received within a day or after the follow-up email has been sent, we will assume that you are no longer interested or have changed the dates. The management shall be authorized to assign the unit to another interested guest. You may however fill out new reservation form for another date but subject to availability of a unit.
