Package 1: ON-THE-DAY COORDINATION

Details

> Max of 3 meetings with the client  for OTD service 1 mo. before the wedding day

> Unlimited consultations and assistance through phone and email upon signing of contract until the

   wedding day

> Recommend reliable suppliers/vendors

> Assistance in confirming details, services and final agreements with wedding suppliers

> Negotiate and review contracts of previously booked suppliers

> Provide the details  and discuss with the clients and vendors  the arrangement, lay out and set up

> Orient entourage and other participants of their specific roles at the church/reception

> Ocular inspection of the ceremony/reception site and coordinate with the suppliers

> Payment management (monitor and schedule payments of suppliers)

> Assist in finalization of guest lists, seating arrangement and floor plan

> Conceptualize and organize the whole reception program

> Over all management of  the wedding ceremony and reception

 > Assist in selection of music for the ceremony and reception

> Management of ceremony and reception materials (gifts for the sponsors, misalletes,  offertory, souvenir etc.)

> Guest registration, gift management and inventory

> wedding rehearsal  & RSVP (optional)

>  with Host/Emcee

> Staffing on the day of the event

Event Manager + 3-4 event Assistants equipped w/ radio communication and headset w/ nameplate and  uniform

Package 2: SEMI-COORDINATION

> Max of 6 meetings with the client for semi- coordination service 4- 6 mos. before the wedding

   day

> Planning and conceptualization of the whole wedding theme

> Refer and set up appointments with vendors not yet contacted

> With wedding rehearsal

> With RSVP

> Confer and confirm with the vendors all the details of the arrangement

> ON –THE- DAY COORDINATION is applied

Package 3: FULL COORDINATION

Details

> Max of 8  meetings with the client  for Full coordination service 8 mos.- 1 yr. before the wedding

   day

> Event Conceptualization

> Budget Planning 

> Assist in selection of church and reception site

> Provide client with complete wedding planner checklist/timeline

> Refer, accompany and set up appointments with suppliers

> Assist in negotiations and reviewing contracts with vendors

> Assist in sourcing out and choosing style/design of invitation

> Plan and coordinate Despedida de Soltera for the

   bride or both
