I forgot to mention that the guitar has a strap that makes it impossible for it to slip and fall because it is bolted onto the guitar and there is a quick release to unsnap. This makes it really secure when you are playing it. Also one note on price. I paid over $600.00 for this guitar because it is custom made meaning the pick-ups are rewired and installed for maximum performance. Many of your great guitarist such as Stevie Ray Vaugn and Eric Clapton had their guitars custom made with alternative electronics to give them their unique sound while playing. If this guitar neck would have been an American stock then this guitar's value would be over $1000.00.

Actually the 50's reissue had a larger headstock (in my opinion kind of ugly) but this is more in the line of the 70's style of strat. Shortly after the 70's,,, guitar design took a turn for the worse that's why so many different kinds of guitars are in the market today. Also why vintage guitars are in demand...Whereas this guitar doesn't qualify as vintage,,,it certainly carries a unique sound and plays beautifully...As for me..Im heading towards a more jazzy sound. This the only reason I'm selling

I know this price is steep as far as most Pinoy's budget goes and I apologize for this. But if I lowered it anymore, I would be giving it away. I wish that I could charge less. There are several other Strats on the market but do not have the same quality that this one has. Including the trade in value, I paid around $600.oo for this guitar in Orlando Florida. You can buy a Korean made strat for less. You can buy even another strat for less that is manufactured by a sideline of Fenders. The only thing different from this guitar and a thousand dollar strat is the mexican made neck. Compared even to other mexican made strats, this one is a higher quality one because typically mexican made necks are not polished and varnished the same way. Everyone that has played it agrees that it has a good feel compared to other Mexican made strats. It has been used by the Lead Gutarist in the Pinoy Band 7th Sign while they performed in South Korea. Yes it is used, and has some nicks and scratches but its sound is impeccable. My reason for selling to buy a Hamer guitar. The Hamer is a good quality guitar as well and delivers the tone I desire. I feel the price that I am charging is a bargain for anyone that has decided to step up to the quality of a Fender
