Hi Jolly hosting I have indicated a comment here. why did you delete it. Have you already sorted issues on your 40%downtime and some tickets which were left unattended? please advise us of status if you got new servers already.

Regarding your claim of 40% uptime, can you please provide us a proof of tracking and/or monitoring where you got this result so we can verify? And as well as your unattended tickets? Because as per checking our system, we cannot find any records of "nubietech.co.cc".

Additionally, the issues with the old Erion server has been sorted already since January 2011. Erion2 (the new server) is still at its 100% uptime.

Additionally, if you are using the E3 and E4 nameservers, you should be able to access your website without issues because we have initiated the update of the nameserver IPs. The downtimes with the old server, Erion, is true. But the 40% uptime a false claim. However, as I mentioned earlier, if you can provide us a proper document from any monitoring company which can supply your claim, we would be happy to analyze its data and provide you a feedback.
