Gudpm! I'm not an expert when it comes to HIDs. Can you please help me? Here's what I need:

-affordable HID kit for Honda Civic car (2000 model with stock lights) --what's the best price? 3500?
-regulated ballast only (as I understand, regulated lang ang intensity ng lights meaning hindi makakasilaw sa kasalubong na cars)
-color? (what are the 'legal' colors na ok with LTO? white? bluish white? or any pwede?)
-installation (I can bring the car in Taguig)

       if gusto nyo po  mgpainstall ng hid  ,
pwd po kmi mg install sunday po ang scked first booking first install po ,1st 20 costumers lang po kaya namin ikabit in 1 day coz home service po ang charge po is 400 lng po including wire,tape,cable ties,etc.
1year warrnty po ang unit (paki tago po ang box if ever po na kailangan palitan ang boung unit we need po ang box)
2mons warranty po ang service (ma void po ang warranty ng ng service if na tampered po ang mga linya)
