1.  50% down payment of the total amount is required before the start of production.
The remaining balance will be paid upon pick-up. However, for shipping, we required full payment plus shipping fee.

3.  Once the down payment has been paid, production starts, it is non-refundable if you want to cancel your orders.
4.  Lead time depends on the quantity. For small orders, 3-5 days. For higher quantities, atleast 1 weeks before the event.
