Beach Lots are between 450sqm and 500sqm [net useable area] and the price for each lot is Pesos 3,900,000.

These Beach Lots are for Sale in a secluded marine sanctuary with the following infrastructure and services already included, operating or completed:

● Three meter sea wall with secure access stairs to a sandy secluded beach. 

● Concreted right of way from the barangay road. 

● 2.75m boundary wall finished with dappled green plaster with perimeter lighting. 

● Within the complex the road is 2.4m wide bordered by 2 x 0.5m storm drains which can be driven on. 

● Three deep water wells with individual piping laid to each lot. 

● Transformers 2 x 25Kw + 1 x 15Kw with individual house meters in the power room and cable laid to each lot. 

● Power room, guard house and maintenance unit
