looking for landscape/ building contractor

HI TO EVERYONE, THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST
I AM A CHEMICAL ENGR FROM THE PHILS BUT GOD HAS GIVEN ME A CHANCE TO WORK HERE IN CALIFORNIA AS CHEMISTRY AND MATH TEACHER IN HIGH SCHOOL. SO TO GIVE BACK THE BLESSINGS THAT I AM NOW RECEIVING FROM GOD. I HAVE DECIDED TO BUILD A PRAYER GARDEN WITH AN ORCHARD INCORPORATED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE. ITS JUST OUR PERSONAL PROJECT SO CHRISTIAN CHURCHES IN THE PHILIPPINES CAN USE IT FOR FREE WHENEVER THEY WANT TO HAVE PRAYER RETREATS AND YOUTH CAMPS.  WE ALREADY STARTED WITH THE CLEARING AND FENCING OF THE PLACE

( Resort type cottages and orchard)

List of services needed, arranged based on priorities

1.) Drilling, installation of water pump and water tank as needed (source of water is the nearby  river, there is a big possibility that there is a free flowing water source within the property according to the locals)

 2.) Electrical and wiring installations for the entire place.(sanctuary, cottages,perimeter post etc.)

3.) Drip, rain type or any appropriate irrigation system as needed for the entire 8,000sqm

4.) Drainage ,septic tank and sewer lines

5.) Planting of 77 chokanan mangoes(10x10m ), 7 longkong Thai variety lansones,7 rogrein rambutan , 7 atis , 7 davao sweet  pomelo and one each of all the exotic fruit bearing trees like latexless jackfruit, guaple,variegated chico, etc

7.)A heptagonal shape sanctuary that can accommodate 50 people. The walls must be  made of pure glass and steel that can be open and close as needed. It must have the full view of the mountain and river; and must be accessible from all points. The pathway to the entrance  must have 7 arches with climbing flowering vines like bouganvillas or other colorful but easy to maintain climbing plants.

8.) 7 sleeping cottages good for 7 persons with double deck beds

9.) Accessible and separate  communal bathrooms

10.) One big kitchen and dining area for the entire place

11.) 14 little prayer type huts (good for one person only and must be place in secluded area for privacy)

13.)gazebos or small cottages and barbecue stands near the river as needed

14.) Entrance arch with the name “ Jesus Christ Prayer Garden” ( could be made of concrete but must have an outer  bamboo finish) It will be placed on the barangay road that will become the main the entrance of the whole place including the right of way

15.)The entire length of the right of way will be planted with mahogany trees on both sides of the road so irrigation must reach this place.

16.) Landscape design for the entire place that will include all the trees as part of the design making sure it follows the required spacing and sun exposure for each variety.Pathways or walkways to move from one place to another. You may include one water slide directly to the river, arches with orchids and  a rose garden.Or a small zoo for rabbits and guinea pigs(optional)

  17.) Parking space for 7 vehicles (bus or private cars)  and driveways within the entire area for easy access during harvesting and transporting of the harvest.
