I’m looking to transfer our web design startup’s offices. I hope you have options within Makati City, within the P250-P350/sq.m. range.
How big a difference would it be in cost to transfer to a PEZA IT building?
Office Area
We require 30 to 60 sq.m. usable space RFO, ideally with boardroom, for September move-in. We would prefer to have own toilet, but common would be acceptable. How much rent and deposit, terms, and monthly costs? We can only agree to a 1 year lease, then renew annually. If you have units that already have furniture and partitions, we can also take a look at that.
Key Considerations
What telco providers are available? (PLDT, Globe, Bayan, Eastern)
Is there an available generator? How is A/C and ventilation provided?
Free/pay parking space available for employees/guests
We tend to have to extend to past midnight – so we want a building where this won’t be a problem.
Ideally, there would be banks within a 5-minute walking distance as well as cafeterias and restaurants, and accessible by public transport.
Location
I’m open to moving elsewhere in Metro Manila, including Alabang and Pasig, if this will allow us to meet the P250-P350 range but will have to extend for a Dec/Jan move-in to optimize the business permit requirements.
