kahit po sa land value sir eh 1800 ang kalakaran sa area per square meter.  ang pinakamababa na offer ay 1600 pero i still didn't grab it.  yes luma structures but are in good usable condition naman po.  yung house ay luma ang paint, pero overall ay maayos pa ang loob.  thanks for your interest.
