Free Use of Commercial Space at Savers Center

SAVERS CENTER is a 5-storey commercial building with about 9,000 sqm in leasable spaces located almost at the corner of Taft Ave. and EDSA in Pasay City.  Both the MRT and LRT have stations in the vicinity where foot traffic is estimated at 1.5 million monthly or about 50,000 daily.  Public transportation terminals also abound in the immediate area of SAVERS CENTER for commuters South-bound, in particular those from Cavite and Batangas. 

A reflection of good foot traffic is the presence of  Savemore, a supermarket brand of the SM group, in our ground floor as our major tenant. The 2^nd to 3^rd floors are occupied by food court, tiangges, sales outlets & business offices (like AVON, Edmark, etc).  The 4^th floor is reserved for further retailing of home and appliances (brand new and pre-owned both local and imported), export overruns, etc. Our concept is to position our retail store as a source of good quality and very affordable consumer items.

Specifically, we are looking for manufacturers, direct suppliers of good quality and affordable products such as:

• appliances, computers and other electronic products
• furniture & fixtures, house wares and kitchen wares
• garments, clothing, underwear, sleepwear, sports wear, socks,

fashion accessories, jewelry, eyewear, shoes, slippers,  bags & wallet,

curtains, pillows, towels, linens, etc.

• promotional items, gifts & crafts

We accept new, local or imported, slightly used (or pre-owned items) or export overruns.  We offer the use of our space in exchange for goods on either consignment or revenue-sharing basis or such other arrangement which can be agreed upon.  This is an excellent way of moving your inventory.
