We offer cheap accomodation from P300 to P500 per head per day (24 hours) or about 3000 per apartment unit per day for a group of 10 pax. We have 12 newly built apartments for transient, in a 6 storey apartment building. The transient homes can accomodate from 4 to 16 pax per apartment or for a total of about 125 guests

Located at 79-B Citycamp alley, which is 5 minutes walk from Burnham park, 7 minutes walk from city market, and just 100m away from caltex- Legarda, JOLLIBEE LEGARDA and Giligans.

AMENITIES ( PRIVATE FACILITIES, NO SHARING)
Each apartment unit has its own separate CR with HOT SHOWER, with 24 hours running water, and cabled television electric fan, kitchen,  refrigerator stove, pots, ladles, spoons, fork, plates, mugs and  verandas. We provide, bed, beddings, blankets and pillows. We sell basic needs like drinking water, soap, toothpaste. shampoo... there is a viewdeck at the 7th flr and playground/assemby area at the 6th floor.  WITH  FREE WIFI zone,  others with internet cable.

How to get there? (5 mins ride from victory terminal)
From bus terminal, ride taxi to Caltex-Legarda, jolibee legarda, enter Citycamp Alley( infront of Giligans Island), drive 5 meters turn left to Citycamp Alley Extension, drive 100 meters to 79-B Citycamp Alley, look for Sevilla Gammad (LYN)  or LILIAN (NOTE, The apartment building is just 10 houses away from CALTEX-LEGARDA)

WARNING:  COLORUM PRIVATE VEHICLES and  SOME TAXI DRIVERS ARE TRANSIENT HOUSE AGENTS (ahente or middlemen)who charge owners 30% to 40% of accomodation rate. THEY DO NOT BRING  PASSENGERS TO OUR APARTMENT  BUT INSTEAD BRING THEM TO OTHER TRANSIENT HOUSES WHERE OWNERS WILL PAY THEM 40%, RESULTING TO ACCOMODATION RATES THAT ARE USUALLY HIGH, OR LOW QUALITY TRANSIENT HOUSES OFFERED BY THEM.
