- Male/ Female
- Single/Married
- 21 - 28 years old
- A graduate of Mass Coomunications, Marketing, Business Administration or other related course
- Call center experience is a plus but not necessary
- Excellent communications skills - verbal and written
- Confident and has good active listening skills
- Has good analytical and problem solving-skills
- Customer service oriented
- Can multi-task and fast learner
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
