Does your plating tarnish?
Sterling Silver remains as beautiful as it is for lifetime; however, the lifespan of your plating depends on the care and environment. Moisture, temperature, lotions, sweat, and perfumes can all effect the lifespan of the plating.

How do I care for my sterling silver jewelry?
To prevent jewelry from damage, store your sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place individually in pouches or plastic bags to keep them from environmental harm.
Do not rub jewelry with coarse fabric; it may scratch the jewelry surface. Do not expose to direct sunlight for long periods of time, it may fade the color of the stone.
Try to avoid direct contact with perfumes and lotions because it may leave residue on the jewelry.

To clean, in a small container put a silver solution, put a little amount of water and bit of the cleaning powder. Soak the silver jewelry for 5 to 10 seconds. Brush the silver with
liquid soap. Then rinse well with clean water and air dry. Lastly, polish with a lint-free soft cloth. If your jewelry becomes tarnished, use a polish solution or a polishing cloth to the clean the piece.

We cannot suggest an exact retail price; however, our products can be marked up 40% to 100% or up to 10 times the cost.

How does wholesale works?
The prices advertised are wholesale price, there is a minimum order of P2,000.00.
The number of silver you will purchase for this starting minimum may vary on the prices. If you like to offer much, we suggest that you choose the lower prices but if you choose items with higher prices you only have few items to offer.

Does the accesories separate or its included in the price?
Each jewellery comes with a full set of accessories and starter kit (Presentation Box, Price Tags, Cleaning Kit and Ring Sizer).

How do i return for refund or exchange?
As mentioned, we are offering an exchange of items, in cases like slowing moving (you cannot sell the items anymore) You can exchange your old stocks with brand new ones as long as the item has not been worn and there are no signs of use or indeed misuse.

For your orders:
Once we received an inquiry at your end, we will send an immediate email of our items.
Most orders are good only for 2-3 days, payments should be made within the given period. It is important for you not to forget your contact details so we can reach you so as fast as possible.

Meet-ups / COD:
For Metro Manila, we could meet-up at SM Manila, Gateway, SM North Edsa, SM Centerpoint, Robinsons Place or depend on the convenience of both parties.

Shipping Details:
Our customers shoulder the shipping expenses, same with the returns of items. The name of the courier and the tracking number will be sent thru email and text.
This depends on the lowest price we can source specially that our items are valuable.
For faster shipping service, your preferred couriers are very much welcome to us.
Shipment will be made as soon as payment confirmed. You will be informed when shipping is done. Upon shipping, the items jewellery is double wrapped for security purposes.

As for items getting lost on the way, we make sure that the couriers’ services offers insurance services for the safety of our items. For your shipment of returns items, we prefer you to choose also the courier we used in shipping the items, so we can ensure for the safety of stocks. We are no longer liable for loss or damage of return shipments. Also make sure that you do not remove the tag from jewelry if you want to return it. We will not accommodate exchange for items with removed tags.
