VACATION RENTALS - PHILIPPINES - Condo for short stay (Daily / Weekly / Monthly)

Short term lease (below 6 months):

Daily  : Php2,500/night

Weekly: Php2,000/night

Monthly: Php1,800/night

Terms:

1.  Check In:  2 PM / Check Out:  12 Noon

2.  Inclusive of all utilities

3.  Beddings will be changed in a weekly basis

4.  Towels will be provided

5.  We require advance payment for the duration of stay. 

6.  In case of cancellation, the following terms will apply:

            a.  Daily:  Payments will be forfeited

            b.  Weekly & Monthly:  50% of the total payment paid

Advance payment: One day rent charge for daily and 50% of the total rent charges for weekly and monthly stay.  Balance upon check-in.
 

For long term lease (min. 6 months):  Php35,000

Terms:

1.  Exclusive of Utilities (PLDT, LPG, Electric bills, Skycable & Water)

2.  We will only provide 2 sets of covers for bed, pillow and blankets

3.  We require 2 months deposit and 2 months advance

4.  Monthly rentals are covered with PDCs

Payment may be sent by bank transfer or Western Union.
Booking confirmation details and copy of payment receipt will be sent via e-mail.
